Oak & Anchor operates out of two locations in Clayton Park: a private home-based practice, and a second space inside the MSVU Health Office.
The practice is shaped by years of experience inside multidisciplinary clinical environments, working alongside physiotherapists, chiropractors, and other health professionals. That background shows up in how every session is approached: thorough, evidence-informed, and never one-size-fits-all.
At the heart of Oak & Anchor is the belief that everyone deserves care that meets them where they are.

Massage therapy is not just about easing pain in the moment. Every session is grounded in evidence-based techniques and guided by a commitment to understanding each client’s unique needs. With over a decade of hands-on clinical practice and more than 6 years of formal education in kinesiology and massage therapy, Logan has treated thousands of cases across a wide spectrum of conditions. From working with veterans and individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents to supporting clients with chronic illness and everyday stress, Logan brings steady, experienced care to every appointment.
Much of Logan’s perspective has been shaped by working in multidisciplinary clinics, collaborating with physiotherapists, chiropractors, and other health professionals. This experience has reinforced a practice rooted in evidence-based techniques, while also embracing a calm, accepting approach where clients can feel truly at ease.
When not in the clinic, Logan can often be found making art, cooking, staying active with CrossFit, or enjoying time with two dogs. A retired roller derby player of ten years, Logan now channels that same dedication and focus into supporting clients on their wellness journeys.
